Application open May 1st: Invest Atlanta Anti-Displacement Tax Relief Fund Program

Hello Trusted Partners and City of Atlanta Stakeholders!

Invest Atlanta is preparing to launch the application for the citywide Anti-Displacement Tax Relief Fund Program, which aims to support eligible Atlanta homeowners with the burden of rising tax costs. 

In the month of March, we will be holding a webinar and 4 in-person information sessions around the city.  Please find the postcard and event flyer attached for reference.  Please feel free to forward at will.   

The application will be open from May 1st through May 31st.

 

Who is eligible to apply?

To be eligible, an applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a City of Atlanta homeowner since 2015;

  • Be aged 60 or older;

  • Have a clear Title/Ownership;

  • Have a household income of 60% AMI or below;

  • Be actively enrolled in qualifying homestead exemption programs; and

  • Have no encumbrances attached to the property.
