South Fulton Senior Home Rehab Program

This program was established to help senior homeowners repair and improve their homes. It can correct code violations, address health and safety problems, remove unsafe conditions, and improve accessibility.

Eligible applicants can receive up to $25,000 in grant assistance.

Eligible Repairs

The program may cover repairs including:

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Roofing

  • Exterior windows and doors

  • HVAC

  • Mold remediation

  • Lead hazard reduction

  • ADA accessibility improvements

Application Requirements

Applications will be accepted July 1–31, 2026 through the Senior Homeowner Rehabilitation Program webpage. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received on a first-come, first-served basis.

Need Assistance Applying?

In-person application assistance will be available on Thursday, July 9, 2026 and July 15, 2026.
