South Fulton Senior Home Rehab Program
This program was established to help senior homeowners repair and improve their homes. It can correct code violations, address health and safety problems, remove unsafe conditions, and improve accessibility.
Eligible applicants can receive up to $25,000 in grant assistance.
Eligible Repairs
The program may cover repairs including:
Electrical
Plumbing
Roofing
Exterior windows and doors
HVAC
Mold remediation
Lead hazard reduction
ADA accessibility improvements
Application Requirements
Applications will be accepted July 1–31, 2026 through the Senior Homeowner Rehabilitation Program webpage. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Homeowner age 62 or older
The home is a single-family residence
The home is located within the City of South Fulton
The home is your primary residence
The home has current homeowner's insurance
Property mortgage, taxes, assessments, and liens are current or paid in full
Household income does not exceed the maximum amount

Please have the following documents available when applying:
Identification for all household members, including minor children
Proof of citizenship or legal immigrant status
Proof of the number of dependents
Proof of income for all household members
Proof of homeownership
Proof of payment for mortgage, property taxes, liens, and other required documentation

To qualify for the program, your total household income must not exceed the limit for your household size.
1 person: Up to $66,000
2 people: Up to $75,400
3 people: Up to $84,850
4 people: Up to $94,250
5 people: Up to $101,800
6 people: Up to $109,350
7 people: Up to $116,900
8 people: Up to $124,450
